STEP 1: Inspection
A complete inspection of your homes exterior reveals surface deterioration including chipping flaking, peeling and suspect areas. |

STEP 2: Trenching
Trench around perimeter of home to inhibit capillary action of ground moisture. |
|
|
|
STEP 3: Pressure Washing
Entire house is cleaned using a powerful pressure cleaning action to remove dirt, stains, loose paint, mildew and algae. Reveals areas in need of patching, and creates a clean bonding surface. |

|
STEP 4: Repair & Patch
Deteriorated areas is prepared and patched using specially formulated TEX-BOND and FLEX-PATCH to correct surface defects. Creates a sound and uniform surface for coating. |

STEP 5: Masking
All doors, shrubs. trim windows, lawn area and surface not to be coated are carefully covered. Allows for the most professional looking job possible. Prevents overspary. |

STEP 6: 1st Application Super-Cote Primer
Primer sprayed on thick using high pressure techniques. Creates a thick armor-like surface that protects the original exterior masonry or wood surface from weather damage. |

STEP 7: Coating Inspection
Entire house is carefully inspected for quality and missed areas. Assures proper thickness and uniform appearance. Assures maximum protection. |

STEP 8: 2nd application FLEX-ON Platinum
Special application process assures even distribution of color coating for a beautiful surface. A wide variety of fade-resistant colors to choose from. |

|
STEP 9: Trim Cote Application
Surface carefully prepared first. Special formulation containing IR reflective pigments lasts longer than ordinary paint GUARANTEED. Variety of complimentary colors in satin or semi-gloss finishes. |

STEP 10: Clean-up
Masking is removed. Lawns, shrubs and other surfaces are cleaned of debris. Your property is left tidy, clean, and beautiful - Just like your house. |
